Customer Communication & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively in English and Japanese with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor customer orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Enhance customer experience by improving communication processes.

Sales & Order Management
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), and shipping documents using ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
- Support sales activities and related administrative tasks.

Customer Visits & Technical Sales
- Visit customers to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical explanations.
- Support product demonstrations with internal technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate with factories in Japan, China, and the USA for production and delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams such as service, engineering, and logistics.

Logistics & Shipping
- Arrange shipments and coordinate with logistics teams.
- Handle delivery issues and ensure smooth shipping operations.
- Apply basic knowledge of shipping processes and Incoterms.
